FAQs about the charity workout
What should I wear?
Normal Workout clothes and comfortable sneakers sneakers with good support.
Do I need to arrive early?
Yes. If it is your first time coming try to arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to the workout to sign clearance forms and get situated.
Should I bring anything, like water or a towel?
Nope! We will provide that for you.
I’m a beginner can I still attend?
Absolutely! Our program is built for all fitness levels
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! We actually encourage you to bring a friend. Sometimes it’s easier to get adjusted to a new situation when your around familiar faces.
