Phase 1

Project 6-Lite

Project 6 Lite is the adaptation phase of the program where we build your confidence, teach you sustainable habits for success and prepare you for the next step of the program, Project 6.

Here's How We Do It:

  • 45 minute Orientation
  • 26 Days (12 Sessions x 3 days a week) of Total Body exercises
  • Start Up 26 Day Nutrition Program
  • Biweekly health and fitness assessments (weight, measurements, body fat etc.)

 

Phase 2

Project 6

This phase is the meat and potatoes of the program. For maximum results, we limit this portion of the program to just 6 women in the Alexandria area; introduce you to our full Take Down lifestyle Nutrition program, and raise the intensity of the workouts.

Here's How We Do It:

  •    45 minute Nutrition Workshop
  •    Full Nutrition program customized to YOUR BODY!
  •    Biweekly health and fitness assessments (weight, measurements, body fat etc.)
  •    48 Total Body Sessions (Mon-Wed-Fri) for 16 Weeks
  •    Project 6 T-Shirt + Completion certificate
  •    Access to the private Project 6 Facebook group

Phase 3

Project 6 Elite

This phase is the pinnacle of the program. Here is where we push your body to its limits and get you in the best shape of your life. Just like phase 2 we limit the amount of women to 6 in the Alexandria area, but we increase the number of sessions (to 4x a week) and weeks (to 26). If you want to TOTALLY transform your body and shock your friends and loved ones, then this is that test. Project 6 Elite guarantees to raise the intensity and throttle you into your goals.

  •    30 minute orientation
  •    Advanced nutrition program
  •    Biweekly health and fitness assessments (weight, measurements, body fat etc.)
  •    104 total body sessions (Mon-Wed-Fri & Sat)
  •    Elite 6 T-Shirt + Graduation Certificate recognizing you as #TheElite6
